The person who leased the land has an amazing reputation and has several references to back him up to his character and his ability to manage land. He brought all of these things and a low liability proposal to the BWW with check in hand. Yes it was only $20;000.00 but once again, money does not matter, liability does. This was a well done business deal!

Therefore, BWW has someone running the redneck poachers off the land and also has a person managing the land properly and does it with limited liability.
