I have dogs and kids. What would you go with? Cost wise. Gonna be here another 3 years maybe. I’ve got over 3000 ft to cover. Any opinions?. vinyl plank or tile, depending on budget ... w/dogs & kids, you'll work your *ss off trying to make/keep laminate clean looking all the time ... i have laminate through my entire house - but i don't have dogs & kids ...
