Folks actually bring a deer that hasn't been gutted to a processor? 90% of the ones brought to the processor have not been gutted. Amazing. In the 30+ years I hunted in Texas, I do not know of a single processor that would taken a carcass that hadn't been gutted. Who cares. You ain’t in Tejas anymore,Dorothy!
