Not sure about union town but there’s something in the water in safford because I’ve seen some absolute giant deer come out of there There are about a dozen high fence operations in Safford these days. I don’t get that, that area has the soil and genetics to grow giants without the aid of a fence. I have a good friend who has some land there. It use to be farmed but once farming died out he let it go to overgrown pasture land. Hardly any trees beside giant cedars. That overgrown pasture land/ natural regrowth is thick and the deer love it. There’s bunch of deer on his place.
