Irish how do you get the glassy finish on your cast iron? The one I have is seasoned well but is nowhere near that smooth. I can’t fry eggs in it for sure. That skillet was was brushed with angels wings and passed down to me from an awesome grandmother and an awesome mother. They are both looking down from heaven and watching me cook in it every minute I'm alive. So I have no idea how this skillet got so great other than some great women have cooked in it... Lol great heirloom and that can’t be replicated!
