So as I mentioned in the Cabin thread, it's just me at the cabin all weekend, so I still have to eat. Thursday night I made a nice, healthy Chef's Salad with: Ham, Jarlesberg cheese, purple onion, tomato, carrots, Romaine lettuce and a soft boiled egg. Damn it was good...

Last night I was invited to a friend's cabin for Raw oysters, grilled Conecuh sausage, and a nice charcuterie tray. I forgot to take pics, but you get the idea... Yes it was damn good.

The last two mornings with all the cast iron talk I thought I would just do a one skillet breakfast with one of my trusty vintage skillets: Hashbrowns, ham and fried eggs...

And yes that skillet is like a piece of glass on the inside and nothing sticks to it.
