I think all athletic scholarships should be eliminated completely.
You want to put everyone on a level playing field? Make it like high school, coaches play the players they have.
Go to college for an education and play sports if you choose. Been saying this for years! I like it. Coaches can recruit too if they want. Just no scholarship. Play whoever you have.
