One time back in the early 80's my godfather shot a little doe, of which my dad said had spots ( probably stretching the truth). When he brought it up to the house my sister saw it and yelled out, "Tom shot Bambi." We still tell that story today and he never lived it down.

Alabama sure has some funny laws. Hunt with dogs and bait while not shooting ones considered too young is sure different than other areas. Not saying worse, just different.

Heck, I remember living in mobile when a father and daughter were put in jail for becoming an item. They interviewed a relative who said, "no law can keep them apart cause they're in love." I feel the same about this law. Is it really important enough that it is needed?
