12/9/19 UPDATE: contacted just now by consumer affairs w/the USPS out of Birmingham - said they are "actively" working the issue w/this carrier & asked if i'd received my mail this weekend -- i confirmed that i did receive my mail, undamaged & un-tampered with ... she asked me to contact her immediately & directly if any issues surface again ... Sounds like someone lost a few pounds of ass after a chewing. Hopefully, they'll find out more and can her. yup; the consumer affairs person shared with me that they're aware now of NUMEROUS customers being affected by this carrier -- and they're on top of it I would make sure all the neighbors in your neighborhood area knew what was going on and who to call. Im sure you aren't the only one who has trouble with her.
