This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for north Alabama and portions of
southern middle Tennessee.

.DAY ONE...Today and Tonight...

A Wind Advisory is in effect from noon through midnight tonight.
Sustained winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph are possible
in northern Alabama and southern middle Tennessee.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday...

The probability for widespread hazardous weather is low.

A slow moving cold front will bring periods of moderate to
occasionally heavy rainfall from Monday night into early Tuesday
evening. A few embedded thunderstorms will also be possible late
Monday afternoon into Monday night producing winds gusts up to 50
mph.

The precipitation is expected to gradually taper off from the west
with the passage of the front Tuesday night, as it transitions from
rain to a mix of light rain and snow or light snow. Light snowfall
accumulations near one half of an inch are possible across southern
middle Tennessee into portions of northwest and north central
Alabama.
