My police chief friend tells me with the current climate he’s having a really difficult time recruiting and retaining officers.
Incidents like this sure don’t help.
God bless the thin blue line that stands between the rest of us and chaos.
When you stop and think about it, law enforcement is pretty rough in terms of recruiting. Lackluster pay. Terrible customer base. You'll see things people shouldn't see.
