12/4/19 UPDATE: just heard from a special assistant to Senator Richard Shelby's office, located in Tuscaloosa; she's requested an authorization form for me to return (which I have) so they can kick off an "congressional investigation" in my issues ... Damn, may be the fastest our political system has ever worked. Be careful, it may break trying to move so fast! Good job, man.
