Just dig the ground up around it 3 inches LOL, reminds me of the story of Trump, building some property in FL (golf course, maybe?).........put up an American flag on a 50' flag pole. The city/community/whoever came back and told him flag poles could be no more than 30' tall and would fine him some ridiculous amount if he didn't change it......so, he had a 20' mound built and sodded over, then put a 30' flagpole on top of the 20' mound. dominated.
