That just started last year when before that the difference was 1 deer. On that property the population had dropped terribly and hunting was stopped for about 7 years. When the pop. started coming back I would kill 1 deer(maybe). Now the pop. Is even better so I let someone else kill 1 and I save 1 for myself. I have other properties I do the same with. So, I can't really tell a good year from a bad year without asking others. Same with turkeys, I don't kill more than one on a particular property. It's just a personal thing for me to move on after killing one.

It's amazing how that works.
