So the article reads that he was in his pickup truck(sheriff), I'm guessing that it was unmarked and he was not in uniform. Why would they be sueing if he was on duty and in uniform? Looks like the family is going to sue everyone and everything involved. Gas station employees said they didn't call, so someone else at the station called? Getting interesting
Still more unsubstantiated rumors. I've heard from pretty credible sources, and it was in the media, opposite of some of what you say so just stop until info starts coming out in court.
