If the Sheriff was not in uniform and in his personal vehicle when he tried to gain access to the interior of the truck to physically turn the radio down himself how should one have reacted? Now if he was in uniform its no questions asked murder, if not hes just some random man trying to get in their vehicle and I believe stand your ground applies to your car/truck. nobody knows what really happened but its definitely two ways this could go. Ive read more than several of yall say what would happen if someone tried to open your door or get in your vehicle so depending on the circumstances this could very well have happened to any of us probably not over turning a radio down but for multiple other reasons. sometimes good people make poor choices and vice versa no one is perfect.
