In this case I don't see how it would hurt. It's just politicians enacting useless laws to dupe voters into believing they are doing something. This is how we end up with most of the bullschitt laws we have in this country. Just like the open carry law they all celebrated. It was already legal, and all they did was cause private business owners to prohibit a legal activity. Damn idiots.
