Are they paying gas on both options? No company will pay gas AND mileage. Wanna bet? I assumed they only paid gas for the company vehicle and with your vehicle all you got was a flat .58 per mile, but I have no clue that's how it works in my experience. ive never heard of getting mileage and gas the mileage is supposed to cover gas+wear and tear. I suppose its possible but id assume the mileage you would be paid would be significantly less.
