Got my first bow kill yesterday. 3 does walked in at 20 yards. lined up broadside. my crossbow made a satisfying thunk and i hear a crack. as the 3 does turn to run, i watch the 1" diamater sapling fall that i hit..... that one wont be growing into a big tree.
