American-led intervention in the Syrian Civil War/Start dates
All Turkey is doing is creating a buffer between Kurdish held land in Syria to the Turkish border. As of right now they told the US and other NATO allies that it has to be done to stop terrorism that the Kurds are allowing to come into Turkey and kill their citizens. As of right now the President of Turkey wants to create a 20 mile buffer between Kurdish held land in Syria and Turkey, and build schools and hospitals for millions of Syrian refugees that fled into Turkey so they can be returned. Hopefully this remains the plan, and if it does not then President Trump will smother Turkey with sanctions that will cripple their economy. Oh and Turkey is a NATO Allie and the Kurds are not. Also the Kurds and Turkey have been fighting for centuries.
I hope people will take the time to research the facts before blaming Trump for crawfishing on the Kurds. In today’s climate with fake news being everywhere, you have to fact check almost everything you hear.
well there you go, that settles the kurdish thing. I watched some of the speech last nite and it was alot of common sense points that appeals to alot of people. It was pretty much the same with ronald reagan's speeches where he just talk one common sense point after another. The bushes never did that and avoided controversy and were more general. In the end it will come down to how many support; abortion, gun control and socialism.
