I know what they say, but never heard of anybody being arrested for helping someone drag a legally killed deer. Anyway, .my comment was that nobody was going to write up a kid who was helping Paw Paw drag a deer. I certainly hope not , however, someone in the home office authored that BS, stating if a kid engages in those activities they need the license . If one needs a license to do something and you don't have one you are breaking the law and there are penalties for breaking laws. I searched the Alabama Code and could find no wording anywhere near that in the game laws. I suspect it was done as an enticement to sell more licenses . Whoever wrote that BS should be fired Monday morning, along with their boss .
