It’s embarrassing and a damn shame Matt what it is. I was hoping that our state was better than this. Let’s tax our youth, our disabled veterans and seniors so they won’t get a ticket if I decide to bait a few hundred yards away from them. Is there any other state in the Union that does this? Mississippi?
