Here we go again. If you're against it, don't bait, don't buy the permit, pretty simple Or don't buy the permit and still bait, like most everyone has already been doing. Ain't like you'll get caught. Maybe one GW per county and half them ain't interested in their job. You can't get one to come out when you need him, so why worry about getting caught?
