Those are not the best teams in the world 12 and under. Those are just the kids playing LL. There are much better teams out there playing, they just don’t play in LL. They have a TV deal and have for years. That is the only reason everyone thinks they are so great. Go to one of the youth tournaments at Cooperstown in the summer and you will see much better play overall.

You're talking about travel ball. The best players from several towns/cities creating a team.

LLWS is teams chosen from one town/league that make it all the way to Williamsport. I like it better simply for that reason.
