Interesting. Man and wife can't be compelled to testify against one another, can they?
And I really wish they had already found the missing woman. Hopefully she will eventually be found. The family needs and deserves closure. Spousal privilege does not apply to coconspirators Perhaps that is the answer to why both were charged, but then both would have 5th Amendment rights to not say anything so that isn't the answer.
