Why are both being charged when only one would be the driver. The consensus seems to be that she lied and claimed to be the driver to cover for her impaired husband. I’m no expert, but I would certainly think False Reporting would be a more appropriate charge but the next boating accident I investigate will be my first. I’ve certainly dealt with this in vehicle crashes and the DA always wanted to go with False Reporting so I’m still curious about all of it.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
