I wouldn't have hydrostatic on anything bigger than a lawnmower.
This. I can’t understand the love for a hydro in any tractor.
We use Hydrostatic filling in and around foundations...very quick and helpful. Our other tractors for the field are gear only.
I can see that...lots of backing going forward n small places...every situation is different..and for something under 25hp I prob would want it but nothing bigger I couldn't have it for our use now
