Feel you WDE. I was subpoenaed (witness to druck driving accident) and have called many times as Monday of all days I have be in court. One of the most important days of my career and I desperately need to be in the office.
Have you called the attorney that subpoenaed you? Yes.......four times. I even wrote down the day and times I called.
