If all I needed was a compact tractor i could probably get by with out a tractor.
I thought the same thing before I started using ours. 42" PTO driven tiller, post hole auger, rock rake, belly mower, FEL, forks, chain harrow, and I will add a disc harrow next spring. I cleared our orchard with it, and it was taller than the roll bar on the tractor with brush, weeds, milkweeds, and saplings about 2-3" thick. Handy as a pocket on a shirt. Same as our side by side. Once we got it, I wonder how we ever got along without one.
