It may just be my location (NE Bama) but most of the maples and sweetgums are turning yellow or already losing leaves, I'm seeing lots of small acorns on the ground and have seen a few ripe muscadines. This is very odd, normally these changes would be happening a month from now. We've had a good bit of rain, and it's been hot but I wouldn't say out of the ordinary. What do yall think? Is fall gonna get here earlier this year? That happens when it's this dry. Our hay fields were grey yesterday. It's dry when grass turns grey.
