I have same machine, but was told upfront to avoid the pump. Trenched floor for gravity drain.
Doesn’t help you, but I know it’s an issue for others I could do that. There is a crawlspace. But it is setup this way so I guess Ill try to fix it. Then I would do it now. Same money and fixed forever. The pump is a known problem. Love the nugget ice though. Never go back once you have it
