I have a friend who eats raw beef liver. He says its good as long as its fresh. Ill have to take his word for it. Hes on a raw diet, does not eat anything cooked, eats all his meat raw. Little too weird for me. Hope he is taking a daily dose of ivermectin to prevent parasites
