When you say no grains I'm assuming all breads are gone? I started back on an intermittent fasting diet 2 weeks ago, but I've still been eating whatever I want when I do eat and i dont exercise. That's all gonna change starting tomorrow but knowing what to eat and what not to is mind boggling to me.



He states he is riding 50 iles a week on a mountain bike now. I think it is great that he did this. Hats off to him! thumbup
