I don't eat liver of any kind. But I've been experimenting with Gizzards, you have a good method of making them so they don't chew like a Goodyear tire? 😀 No. The best ones I've ever eaten were at the Chicken Shak in Luverne. We use to order them, "Soft cooked" I don't know if they boil them first or what but they were good.
