I wouldn't shoot h4831sc if it were free. That crap gives me the slowest velocity of just about anything I've tried. What cartridges have you tried to use it in? 270Win, 25-06 and 7 SAUM Should work great in all of those. You may have gotten a slow lot like I did a few years ago. Just add more powder.
