We all know the bullschit way that the DCNR does things. Like the CAB meetings that obviously have predetermined outcomes just waiting for the dog and pony show to be over so they can implement. Like the 'transporting live bait' "regulation" that can't be found in the regulations. Like the gray area on hunting near feeders that was questioned for several years with no resolution. I have no idea who the former warden is but the DCNR has enough stupid stacked in their corner and the good ol' boy system that's been in place for decades to protect all that stupid that's stacked in their corner that I have no reason to doubt her. IMHO, the burden of proof is on the DCNR because of their track record in a myriad of issues going back decades. If there is litigation in progress I hope she comes out a multimillionaire, names are named and heads roll. It's way past time that the cess pool that is the DCNR gets drained.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
