The clearcoat is peeling off on the roof and the hood. B My Tacoma stared on the hood & then the roof and is now on the tops of the fenders and the bed rails. Say that to say I think you'll just be chasing clear coat fix once you start on one area. I see a lot of cars & trucks with peeling clear coats... shame as otherwise they're otherwise well kept vehicles.
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
