The reason they make less money is men are chauvinist assholes who in the workplace believe women aren't valued enough to make equal pay.
Disagree. Maybe that is still true in some sectors, but not in places where I've worked. Same goes for my wife and adult daughter. Both work in professional office settings. Both are paid equivalent to their male counterparts.
