i caught 2 cats back to back around 7-8 pounds each crappie fishing with 4lb test and a 1/32 marabou jig i think they must have been spawning i casted and hooked one got it in the boat after a few minutes then very next cast into same spot caught another almost identical size. first time id ever done that. we hooked a 15lb flat head around a pole ligh last weekend on a black texas rigged worm
