Why do some insist on using the word "running" when referring to almost any piece of equipment?
Examples:
I'm running ______ scope on my rifle.
I'm running ______ bullets through my gun.
I'm running ______ electronics on my boat.
I'm running ______ broadheads through my bow.
You get my drift.
Does that bother anyone else or am I alone on this one? ok grammar nazi, what verb would you use in these sentences? Using.....purchased......installed.....etc
