This could be a perfect setup for Iran to attack our Naval ships while rescuing/protecting the damaged ships. I read somewhere that they have a surplus of missile boats that could potentially overwhelm one of our naval vessels by a swarm attack. Not sure where you read that but Iran’s naval capabilities pales in comparison to ours. I mean that in sheer size of the fleet and combat power of assets versus assets. I would venture to guess that we could completely obliterate Iran's entire navy with just a portion of one carrier group.
