In fairness, it's a GREAT idea, in theory. The biggest requirement is that you get good speeds on AT&T wireless in your area. If you do, then go for it. If you don't, you'll be spinning your wheels and end up disappointed.

Also in fairness, their customer service is ATROCIOUS. They want you to deal with them ONLY through email/online contact, and don't even answer you there most of the time. I have not received a response to a question or comment online in well over a month.


I'll add in my experience from Sardis so far. I ordered service on 5/06 and have yet to receive my router or been able to get in touch with anyone who can tell me what the holdup is.
