It's obviously all about the money just as we suspected. If you participate in any way in someone's hunt involving corn you have to have a permit. So if you drop someone off at a stand and leave you need a permit also.
Yep. Like I posted over on the deer hunting forum, if you carry your 3 year old son/daughter with you, they need a permit too.
