I'd say it's more likely food coloring.

Lots of professional sprayers use food coloring so they can see where they've sprayed and where they haven't...makes sure they're getting complete coverage.

They company that sprays at the refinery uses blue.


About 3 years ago AL Power sprayed the power line that ran through our property and it was blue. Prob go back and forth, but whatever they sprayed was like scorched earth a few weeks later!
