Not going to comment on that, but I read a lot of stuff on this site about "not giving up guns" what if the officers responding to the DV call threatened to take this guy to jail and take all his guns away? and he was also a member of the Armed Forces?
That is the point I was making through my Redneck sarcasm.
I read a lot of Billy Bad Ass comments on here about how they are not going to comply and such. And then, some of the same ones comment on a thread like this, with NO idea of what transpired, only the Outcome, about how severely the perpetrator should be punished.
