I wonder how they dealt with people that ran up to the window and cashed their tickets before the DQ? Not a problem. Until the results are "made official" no bets are paid. You can run to the window but you will be standing in line till all protests and rulings are complete. Been there while stationed at Fort Knox and got to the races not just the Derby.
