I think if it does pass your question is something that will be answered only in the courts. Until then I think it would be at the employers discretion.
How does it work now for those on prescribed opioids at work?
I would really like to try some of the hemp oil which gives you no high for my joint pain but from what Ive read even though its OTC and doesnt give you a high it still could show up as marijuana in a drug test which could lead to repercussions.
