Hmm..have not thought about the mean green lately. Maybe I did get a little heavy on this batch. I sprayed them and had to go do something else before I resized them so they sat for like 2 weeks because I was gone a week. They don't normally sit that long. That dang magic eraser pad did make for some pretty brass though. I've got another tumbler full of old media that I have never used. I may break it out and get some new walnut media to try on this last batch that is still kind of dull. odo how do your primer pockets look after you tumble. Use SS and you won't even bother to look at them again. Like you'd expect. If you want them clean you pick up the primer pocket brush. Tip of a bic pen to pop the grains out of the flash hole. That's been the real reason I have looked at going SS. But by the time I buy a rotary tumbler, the media, etc, it's just more than I am willing to spend on it right now. Got the double Harbour Freight rock tumbler and 2lbs of pins and use a piece of 4in pvc to build a drum. Less than $80 all together. Primer pockets are always nearly perfect. Inside is perfect. I guess having both options would be beneficial.
