Like you'd expect. If you want them clean you pick up the primer pocket brush. Tip of a bic pen to pop the grains out of the flash hole. That's been the real reason I have looked at going SS. But by the time I buy a rotary tumbler, the media, etc, it's just more than I am willing to spend on it right now.


Got the double Harbour Freight rock tumbler and 2lbs of pins and use a piece of 4in pvc to build a drum. Less than $80 all together. Primer pockets are always nearly perfect. Inside is perfect. I guess having both options would be beneficial.
