I've been eating like crap for a while now. Lots of sweets (thanks to the wife) and a couple beers almost daily. I've always had a high metabolism but over the last few months I've noticed it slowing down considerably and I've gone up two notches in my belt (a lot of it has to do with the fact that I took an office job and sit on my ass for 8hrs a day now). I'm starting keto mainly to try and get out ahead of it before it really gets out of hand.
