cold trail, ya ain't even close to an expert, you're a half ass expert......you know just enough to be dangerous to yourself and others All I know is a speeding ticket isn't an arrest and tresspassing will not stick unless you knew you were doing it. The burden of proof falls on the state. I also know law enforcement can write tickets and not understand the law. In that case it cost the citizen money. I've been on the receiving end of this before I fully expect for you to threaten to whoop my arse shortly, but I'm a lover not a fighter. 😄 call me for a later appointment, my back hurts too much right now.  a speeding ticket is an arrest, you sign to agree to appear in court. Tell em you ain't signing and see if it looks more like an arrest.... I'm pretty sure that most traffic violation tickets are just printed off now and you don't have to sign it....at least the last two speeding tickets i received didn't have to be.
I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!
